I haven't been present as of lately.
These last couple of months have a
been a series of unfortunate events/
waves of depression & dissociation. I
rarely share this side of me, nor do I
feel the need to in all honesty. Peeped
some Books, had conversations did all
the above which led me to believe that
I understood the assignment... Nope. It
still hit me like a bus. I had to take
some time off to recalibrate internally,
meanwhile pretending to be okay on
the outside. I'm not saying I'm 100% or
will ever reach that but I feel creating
this was one of the first steps.
